EXCHANGES

We no longer offer exchanges due to associated costs. We are sorry for any disappointment. The easiest thing to do is purchase the size you want on a new order, and return what you have for a refund.

REFUNDS

We are confident that any of the products you purchase from The Artful Canine will meet you and your canine companion's expectations. However if you do find it necessary to return an item, please note the following:

• Merchandise must be returned in new, unused & unsoiled condition. With exception to custom or made-to-order items*, your purchase can be returned for any reason up to 60 days after receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Sorry, custom made products cannot be returned and are non-refundable. If the item you purchase doesn't fit, we may be able to alter it. There is a nominal fee for doing so. Please contact us if this is your situation.
• Defective merchandise that does not stand up to our 1 year guarantee may be returned for a replacement or store credit. Please review our guarantee and what it covers before contacting us about defective products for authorization and instructions.
• Returned Orders with Free Shipping will incur a $5.99 restocking fee (charged only when all items in the order are returned for a refund).
• Shipping costs associated with returning items for refund are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
